Laser marking has always played a very important role in the equipment labeling solution because of its easy editing and permanent marking. However, when laser marking of large quantities of signage is encountered, the efficiency of single placement-marking-removal is low, and the working intensity is large.

Solution:

In response to this problem, a fully automatic sign laser marking system was developed. This system comprises PLC, cylinder, vacuum suction cup, and motion mechanism, and is compatible with 10-150mm size signs. 50-100 nameplates can be placed at one time to achieve automatic marking. The computer edits the marking content, and the serial number and QR code can be automatically skipped or transmitted remotely. Significantly reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
