Challenge :

This is the case of our Canadian client in the pipeline industry. The main products of our client are large unmovable cylindrical parts, with lengths 1-10m, and a diameter of 300-700mm.

The biggest problem he faced is that traditional hand-held optical fiber laser marking machines can only mark on the plane because the hand-held supporter (to ensure the focus is accurate) is the plane. It is easy to shake when marking the pipe, resulting in bad marks.

Solution：

According to the characteristics of the products ( big size, and variety of models). We designed a new adjustable V-type quick focusing supporter for the marking machine, which can mark the pipe with different diameters conveniently.

The client bought the first one in May and was very satisfied with the marking effect. In early August this year, he ordered another one.
